While traditional P2L systems use separate LED modules screwed onto racks, LED Pick to Light integrates addressable LED strips directly into a rigid aluminum profile structure. The result is a system that is more durable, more flexible, and cheaper to operate.
Developing Pick to Light since 2018
We started developing our own Pick to Light system – hardware and software – in 2018. Today it runs in automotive production and logistics, for example at Witte Automotive, Škoda Auto and Johnson Controls, and in the Zuty e-commerce warehouse.

Fully addressable RGB
Every LED segment can light up in a different color. One physical strip can serve multiple operators simultaneously – each sees only their color. No confusion, no errors.
Dynamic positions – no physical intervention
Reassign positions, resize zones, add new SKUs – all in software, without a single screw. Seasonal layout changes take minutes, not days.
Runs without interruption
The system is designed to keep working even if a single component fails. One light going out does not stop the operation – picking continues.
5V power – ultra-low consumption
The entire system runs on safe 5V. Power consumption is a fraction of conventional P2L systems. Ideal for battery-powered carts with all-day operation.
Zero maintenance, instant replacement
No moving parts, no mechanical switches. If replacement is needed, a technician can do it in minutes without tools. 3-year warranty.
Compatible with any hardware
Profiles mount on standard racks, carts, transport boxes, assembly lines and floors. No proprietary stands, no special structural requirements.
Micro-positions down to 15 mm
LED strips allow defining positions as small as the physical space allows. Ideal for small component warehouses with thousands of SKUs per linear meter.
Multi-operator operation
Up to 8 operators work at one workstation simultaneously. The system automatically assigns colors, tracks performance and monitors errors for each individually.

Aluminum profiles are designed for specific installation scenarios. Each type protects the LED strip, diffuses light and enables simple installation without special tools.
