What data we process

We only process data you provide to us yourself via the contact form:

• first and last name
• email address
• company name
• phone number (optional)
• message text
• the page and language version of the website from which the message was sent

If you contact us directly by email or phone, we process the data you share in that communication in the same way.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data solely to answer your inquiry and, where applicable, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling business communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use the data for automated decision-making or profiling and we do not sell it to third parties.

Processors and recipients

• Resend – the service that delivers contact form messages to us by email (processor, processing in the EU region).
• Vercel – the website hosting provider; when serving pages it processes technical data required for their operation (e.g. IP address).

Should any transfer of data outside the EU occur within these services, it takes place only on the basis of safeguards under Chapter V GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses).

Website analytics

We measure visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which works anonymously and without cookies. It is not used to identify individual visitors.

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. We only store your choice on the cookie notice in your browser's storage (localStorage) so that it is not shown again. You can delete this entry at any time in your browser settings.

External links

The meeting booking link leads to Calendly. Data is only transferred to Calendly once you open the link yourself; processing is then governed by that service's terms.

Retention period

We keep personal data for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry or for the duration of the business relationship. If there is no further contact, we delete the data after 3 years at the latest.

Your rights

In connection with the processing you have the right to:

• access your personal data
• rectification
• erasure
• restriction of processing
• object to processing based on legitimate interest
• data portability

You can exercise your rights by email at info@smartbox4you.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in your country. The lead supervisory authority for the controller is the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, www.uoou.gov.cz).
