Scope
These terms govern the rights and obligations of the parties arising in connection with the conclusion of a purchase contract or service agreement between the seller and the buyer.
Order and contract
A contract is concluded upon acceptance of the order by the seller and its confirmation by email. The buyer agrees to the use of remote communication means.
Prices and payment
Prices are agreed individually based on inquiry. Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery
Delivery times are determined individually depending on the specific order. Standard hardware delivery time is 4–8 weeks from order confirmation.
Warranty and claims
We provide a 24-month warranty on hardware. Claims must be submitted in writing to info@smartbox4you.com within 30 days of discovering the defect.
Privacy
Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Czech law. Disputes shall be resolved before competent Czech courts.
