Challenge
The e-commerce warehouse was struggling with high complaint rates and insufficient picking capacity during peak periods.
Solution
We deployed a Pick to Light sortwall system that allowed simultaneous sorting of multiple orders. The LED navigation system virtually eliminated picking errors.

Nearly zero complaints, savings of 2 people per shift, significantly faster order processing.
